Using the service
You may use the website for personal, family, and classroom enjoyment in a lawful and respectful way. Children should use the internet with appropriate adult supervision. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce harmful code, scrape it excessively, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Stories, artwork, audio, and software
The Adventures of Boba name, characters, stories, illustrations, recordings, design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless we give written permission, they may not be sold, republished, modified, or used to train a commercial model. Ordinary links to public pages and personal or classroom viewing are welcome.
Availability and safety
We work to provide a safe and reliable experience, but the service is provided as available and may change or occasionally be unavailable. It is entertainment and is not educational, medical, legal, or safety advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under local consumer law.
External services
Hosting and anonymous analytics are provided by Vercel. External links, if added, may have their own terms and privacy practices. Parents should review those services before allowing a child to use them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to privacy@bobathetiger.com.
